Every Infuse formula is built on one idea: skin looks its best when it’s energized. We call the technology behind that idea the Bio-Battery: yerba mate, the leaf behind more than 600 published studies, carrying xanthines, caffeoylquinic acids, saponins and minerals. No miracle language, no lab coat theater. Just the data on our ingredients, and a leaf that earned its job.

And what we put with it.

  • Acetyl Hexapeptide-8

    It has its own published research, conducted on the ingredient. We describe what skin looks like, and nothing else.

  • Caprooyl Tetrapeptide-3

    We chose it for a layer of skin the category almost never talks about. There is no independent published research on it, only supplier data, so it carries no number and we are not going to invent one. It is here because of why we chose it, not because of what we can prove.

  • Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5.

    A deliberate choice in the cleanser. One published study exists and it studies a delivery system rather than the peptide itself, so we make no efficacy claim about it.

  • Ceramides and the lipid group.

    Ceramides, phytosphingosine and cholesterol. These are lipids naturally found in skin, and skin makes fewer of them over time. That is a fact about skin, not a claim about a cream.

  • The green tint

    A mineral pigment, chromium oxide green. Green sits opposite red on the colour wheel, so the look of redness softens the moment it goes on. That is colour theory, not biology, and it needs no citation.

  • Squalane

    Plant derived, and related to a lipid skin makes naturally, which declines over time.

  • The silicone-free emollient system

    Isoamyl laurate, diheptyl succinate, capryloyl glycerin and squalane doing the work silicones usually do.

  • Color Theory Technology:

    Green sits opposite red on the colour wheel, so the look of redness softens the moment it goes on.

  • What's in the formulas

    Niacinamide has its own published laboratory research, conducted on the ingredient rather than on our formulas. We chose it for what it contributes to the look of even, comfortable skin.

About these numbers.

Every figure on this page comes from published research on an individual ingredient, not from a clinical trial of our finished products. Those studies tested those ingredients on their own, at the concentrations used in the research, which are not necessarily the concentrations in our formulas. We cite them because they are real and because we think you should see them — not because we are claiming our cream reproduced those results.


Infuse is reviewed and recommended by one integrative doctor. That is not the same thing as clinically proven, and we don't use the two interchangeably.

Caffeine

One of the most-used ingredients in eye care. In our eye cream it appears on its own, not only as part of the leaf.

Caffeoyl Derivatives

Caffeoylquinic acids, including chlorogenic acid, are among the most-studied compounds in the leaf. That research is laboratory work on the compound, not on our formulas.

Polyphenols

One of the most studied antioxidant families in skincare. In our formulas, antioxidants help the formula hold up against everyday environmental stress.

Saponins

One of the compound families the leaf arrives with. We name it because it's there, not because we're claiming it does something to your skin.

Magnesium

Magnesium is documented in the yerba mate leaf. That's botany. It is not a listed ingredient in any Infuse formula, and we're not going to imply otherwise.
